Eligibility Requirements - Dogs must be at least 6 months old to participate in AKC evaluations. - Proof of up-to-date vaccinations (rabies, DHPP, and bordetella) is required. - Dogs should be free of aggressive behaviors or severe anxiety. ### 2. Evaluation Fee - A $40 non-refundable fee is required at the time of application. - Payment secures your evaluation slot and covers administrative costs. ### 3. Evaluation Details - Offered AKC Programs: - Canine Good Citizen (CGC). - AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy. - Community Canine (CGCA). - Urban Canine Good Citizen (CGCU). - Evaluations are conducted in a controlled environment by a certified AKC evaluator. ### 4. Owner Responsibilities - Owners must provide a leash, collar, and any necessary equipment for the evaluation. - Familiarize yourself with the specific test requirements for your chosen AKC program. - Arrive on time. Late arrivals may forfeit their evaluation slot. ### 5. Refund & Rescheduling Policy - The evaluation fee is non-refundable. - Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. ### 6. Health & Safety - Dogs exhibiting signs of illness will not be permitted to participate. - Owners must disclose any behavioral or health issues prior to the evaluation. ### 7. Results and Certification - Passing dogs will receive their AKC certification and/or title recognition. - If a dog does not pass, recommendations for further training will be provided. Retesting is available for an additional fee. ### 8. Media Release (Optional) - By signing, owners consent to allow Canine Elite LLC to use photos/videos of their dog for promotional purposes. Owners may opt out in writing. ### 9. Agreement - Submission of this application confirms acceptance of all terms outlined in this policy. - Canine Elite LLC reserves the right to modify policies, fees, or schedules with prior notice.

1. Service Dog Training Eligibility: Acceptance into our service dog training program is not guaranteed. Dogs must meet specific qualifications to be considered for the program. Additionally, qualifying dogs may not successfully complete the program due to factors such as temperament, behavior, or training progress. A non-refundable application fee starting at $200 is required for service dog training evaluations.

 

 

2. Non-Refundable Fees: All payments made for evaluations, training programs, or additional services are non-refundable, regardless of program eligibility or training outcomes.

 

 

3. Training Program Results: While we are dedicated to achieving the best possible results, success depends on multiple factors, including the dog's abilities, temperament, and the owner's commitment to ongoing training. Consistent at-home practice is essential to reinforce learned behaviors.

 

 

4. Owner Responsibilities: Owners and handlers are responsible for their dog's well-being, maintaining training consistency, and following all guidance provided during and after training sessions.

 

 

5. Behavioral Expectations: Some dogs may not be suitable for specific training programs, including service dog training, due to behavioral or medical concerns. The safety and well-being of all dogs in our care remain our top priority.

 

 

6. Medical and Legal Compliance: Owners must provide accurate and up-to-date medical records for their dogs and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding service dog training and ownership.

 

 

7. Training Services & Additional Time: Training services are customized to meet the needs of each individual dog. However, results may vary, and certain behaviors or training goals may require additional sessions beyond standard program timelines to achieve the desired outcome.
